Gratitude and the practice of Gratitude is a big part of my daily life. It helps me to respond & transform to the moments that seem ‘challenging’ and it fuels the moments that are peaceful, joyful & thriving.

I find expressing my gratitude in prayer, intention, out loud, in the written word, in song ..all these ways are very power to help me magnify the energy that gratitude brings. I also find sharing what I am grateful for with my family & with my community and hearing what they are grateful for can be a powerful way we can witness each others Gratitude and magnify this energy within ourselves and our lives.

Authentic Gratitude has the power to transform, heal & create miracles, and by expressing this and witnessing this we can support this energy & the gifts that come with it to grow & thrive within ourselves & the life path that we are journeying.

I started something earlier this year that I liked to call ‘Gratitude Monday’s‘. I found that beginning my new work & creative week with Gratitude & with expressing this gratitude and hearing & feeling other peoples gratitude can be very assistive & beneficial and help us all to begin our week from a place of intentional Divine connection, conscious Presence and the Creator Energy that flows within each of us.

Together by simply expressing our own gratitude & witnessing others gratitude we can help magnify the transformative, creative & healing power of gratitude in our lives. Then

as we embrace this presence of gratitude within ourselves this can naturally ripple out into our world.

So GRATITUDE MONDAY’s ARE BACK!!

HOW WILL YOU RESPOND?

With the sealing of the well and the completion of the oil flowing into the Gulf after 107 days it offers us a moment to give thanks that this oil flow into the waters of the Gulf is now stopped.

It is also easy to think that after this ‘marathon’ of daily focus that our job is done,
however now more than ever our prayers, meditations, intentions, Love and focus is needed to respond to all that is occurring as a result of this situation and the choices and actions that were made during the response and clean up.

With the well now sealed & permanently closed, other issues that have been going on behind this main focus are coming to light.

While reports are coming out that over 4.5 million barrels of oil have poured into the gulf, those in charge are saying the alot of it has gone.

Please be aware the below information can be distressing.
We encourage to be authentic with your feelings and not avoid any distress that comes up, to allow these feelings and then let this fuel your focus, passion, love actions..

If we can find in ourselves a place of non-judgment, that this has happened for a reason and is a result of choices & lifestyles, patterns that we are all involved in, if we can recognize this and then let this be a turning point to find new ways of being & living & engaging ourselves, each other & our world.

WHERE DID THE OIL GO & HOW?

One of the big issues with this oils ‘disappearance’ is the use of toxic chemical dispersants, that break up the oil, so it no longer looks like the oil is there, but it still is, but now broken up into much smaller particles and mixed with dispersant.

Reports are beginning to show the effects this dispersants & oil has on the water and the discoloration & chemical sheen that is being seen. The dispersants also pushing the oil down, away from the surface & the human eye to deep below the water

There is deep concern about the long term effects of this oil/dispersant mixture on the environment & all of life, including long terms effects on human life.

A DEAD ZONE IN THE OCEAN the SIZE of MISSISSIPPI

Reports are also coming out that they now expect there to be a ‘dead zone’ a place where no life can live as the water is to polluted and due to this pollutants all the oxygen has gone from the water. No life can live here, in these once rich & alive waters.

It has not been determine how long this will last but our prayers & intentions to this water is deeply needed now.

WHERE ARE ALL THE ANIMALS

Where did all the creatures of this abundant area go?

While many of us who have been focusing daily on this situation & praying & calling to all the creatures of water & land to migrate away to safe clean areas, there is now also new information coming to light about what has happened to our brothers & Sisters of the sea.

It seems that many, many, many creatures have passed their bodies due to this oil & chemical toxicity but these deaths and the large number of animal bodies have been covered up.

Reports are now surfacing that many creatures died in VERY LARGE NUMBERS, including turtles, whales, dolphins, birds, rays and that those in charge, kept this information hidden from the media & the public.

Reports of animal bodies being collected and removed under security guard protection and then dumped away form the media & public eye.

There was always a questions from many in the media, why won’t they let us in to their areas to get a real view of whats truly going on, why are their guards with guns protecting some areas, WHAT DON”T THEY WANT US TO SEE!

These are just a few of the issues that are now coming to light.
This situation has been handled very, very poorly and based on non-sustainable methods that have greed & ulterior motives behind them.

NOW IS THE TIME FOR US TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Please continue to direct your prayerful focus to the Gulf, to the waters retuning to their pristine health & to the healing of the creatures, peoples and all of life affected.

ALSO – bring focus to the situations, patterns & choices that have create this very ‘unconscious’ and out of balance response to this ‘crisis’.

Its time for patterns & systems that serve the few to be done with, and the new patterns & systems that serve the highest good of all to come forth, those new ways that are sustainable, harmonious & honoring to all of life.

THIS NEW WAY STARTS WITH EACH OF US, EVERY DAY

Give gratitude to the water in your own life, become more sustainable, make choices & take action based on Love, Peace, Unity & Oneness and remember that you can make a difference & assist in ushering Humanity into a new golden age of Awakening, Peace & a harmonious & sustainable relationship with our Living Planet.

The situation occurring in the Gulf of Mexico calls us to look at the ways we source & use energy in our lives & on our planet.

As we unite daily for the Global Prayer Wave for the Gulf of Mexico & bring our focus to how I, we can assist both in prayer, intentions, love & actions..I contemplate the whole system that has gotten us to this place, to this situation.

Its becoming clear that greed and lack of integrity, lies & deceit have played a large role in what has caused the Deep Horizons explosion & the large amount of oil that currently still pours into the Gulf.

But thats not what I want to bring attention to.

I have been an passionate advocate for stopping off shore drilling. It seemed very simply for me, off shore drilling effects & can destroy our living planet & natural pristine areas of our world that need to be treasured & taken care of. Its clear now that off shore oil drilling isn’t safe as every year there are oil spills into the oceans, rivers, lakes, water areas that are connected to these drilling sites. Oil spills seem to come hand & hand with oil drilling.

For those who think that the ocean & water on the planet can handle this, then I encourage you to inform yourself about the large number of ‘Dead Zones’ that are now in the ocean all across our planet, due to oil spills, pollution and a multitude of man made toxic items.. (see the oil spill situation in Nigeria)

OK – so to my point – what I never thought of until recently was, what if we stop all off shore drilling BUT continue to live a life of oil dependency???
How are we going to get our oil & drive our vehicles & run things as they have been. No off shore oil drilling means a large depletion of the oil for the US and then more dependency on foreign oil & all the issues that come with this.

A TIME FOR CLEAN ENEGY

So it seems that the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico is also calling us to bring our attention to CLEAN ENERGY!!
To stop oil spills we need to reduce the off shore oil drilling & thus we need to find new SUSTAINABLE & CLEAN forms of energy!

This seems to me to be the only really logical & long term solution, that not only supports Humanity but also supports our Living Planet to stay alive & vital.
Which is ESSENTIAL for humanities SURVIVAL.

PLEASE SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT, CREATION & IMPLEMENTATION ON NEW SYSTEMS OF CLEAN ENERGY.

How can we do this?

We can bring these intentions into our daily Prayers & into the Global Prayer Wave focus.

We can also write to our local & state & federal representatives & ask them to immediately start supporting CLEAN ENERGY  SOLUTIONS & SYSTEMS.
(I am intending on creating a draft letter in these next few days for those interested to copy & send to those in positions of influence. I  will make this available here & on the Global Prayer Wave site & facebook group). Congress has a new energy bill that is wanting to be  passed but is receiving a large amount of resistance.

My Guru once told me, that to reach spiritual freedom & awakening, ‘Health Freedom’ &  the health of the physical body was an essential step on the path of personal liberation.

So as I look at humanity as a whole, as an evolving species than Health, Health Care and new forms of healing and pathways to physical wellbeing are essential to this.

Its been fascinating & sometimes frustrating to watch the ‘game’ & ulterior motives involved with Health Care reform over this last year in the USA. Some on the right think it’s too extreme and are being presented with alot of mis-truths for selfish gain and some on the left think it doesn’t go far enough. Many on both sides, in their own ways, opposing even a step forward into a higher quality of Heath Care in the US.

WHAT IF WE SEE THIS REFORM AS A FIRST STEP.

I like to think of this health care reform like my first real intimate relationship, it took a long time for it to arrive, it had some things I liked, it had alot that could be improved, at times it felt limiting and that it couldn’t take me as far as I wanted to go. At times I loved it and it was a saving grace to my life and at times it fell short of my ‘dreams’ , but it was a beginning!

It was this beginning that offered me so much & gave me many lessons and areas of growth and learning. It helped me see myself more clearly, to see what wasn’t working within me, within the relationship and it challenged and called me to heal, grow and open to new ways of being in a relationship that felt more in alignment with my heart, my knowing, and my truth.

It was a doorway, an essential step on the path of growing & evolving to finally allow a sacred conscious relationship in my life and even this relationship, in all is glory continually offers me growth, change, bliss, challenge, expansion & the path to more brilliance.

What if this health care reform is very much like this relationship?
What if it is not the be all & end all but a beginning, a step towards the intention and creation of good quality health care for all. A step towards having what serves the good of the people override the fears, control, greed & manipulation of the few.

I pray that today as this bill is signed into law that it acts as a step forward towards good quality, affordable health care for all. And may our understanding of what ‘Health Care’ means continue to evolve. For I believe there is much still to be understood, included & implementation in regards to what true ‘Health Care’ is;  what is truly need for the highest health care of the Body, Mind, Heart & Spirit.

May we each remember to not give up on our dreams for what is possible for health care in this country and in the world and continue in our own ways to step towards this? Lasting change does not always happen over night, it happens step by step. To arrive at our ultimate vision of health care it is like planting a forest, it takes some planting, some growing, some time, some clear intentions and some work.  So let’s start here today together and continue to call, pray, intend and act to make affordable health care, including ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE, and health for the Body, Mind, Heart & Spirit be now available for all!

Lets take this step FORWARD together and recognize that this is a beginning towards a greater path & quality of heath for all people in the United States of America.

Today is a Beginning!
Today is a step forward into our individual & collective HEALTH!

Being grateful for the blessings in your life can help those in Haiti!
As you move throughout your day I encourage you to stop and take a moment to observe the gifts you have in your life, it can be as simple as, a hot shower with clean water; a safe, comfortable home to live in; food on your table; fresh clean water to drink; medical/health assistance when you need it; moments of love and laughter with your family & friends. As you experience the gifts of your life take a moment to give gratitude for these blessings, as simple as they may seem. Feel what it feels like to have these in your life, give gratitude and then send this ‘feeling’ with your gratitude for this experience to all those in Haiti. See & feel them now having the same blessings that you have. See them with fresh clean drinking water, with hot showers in a clean environment, with safe comfortable shelter, medical aid & support, schools for their children, family & friends gathered together peacefully and joyously. As you offer this prayer include the intention that all unfolds ‘in alignment with the Highest Good’ of all people in Haiti.

As we feel & give gratitude for all that we have in our lives, we can also offer this energy as a prayer of conscious manifestation in support of the people of  Haiti.

The Power of Prayer & Conscious Intention in the Modern World.

What is Prayer?

Prayer is a conversation and communication with the Divine, the Divine within you and the Divine all around you. It is an energy exchange between you and your Awakened SELF and the God/Source Consciousness that is present within all of life, the Unlimited Divine Creator.

Prayer is a sacred space where an exchange occurs between you and the Divine.

Prayer can be words, emotions, song, art, movement, silence and stillness. Prayer can take many forms, primarily it is about being present and communicating with the Divine within you and within all of life. Prayer can be a call for guidance, prayer can be offering gratitude, prayer can be a celebration, prayer can also be a call to create a desired outcome.

Prayer is a call to make manifest your intentions and when done from a place of Presence and Authentic Truth, prayer becomes a powerful tool of manifestation.

Prayer is about opening to your intimate relationship with the Divine, the Source Energy that lives within you and within all of life!

In my experience, when prayer is offered authentically and from the heart is takes the clearest and highest form. Prayers offered in the resonance of gratitude, humility and with intentions for the highest good of all are very effective in manifesting the subject of your prayer.

Authentic heartfelt prayer is an empowered response to the current situations occurring within our personal lives and within our world. Not only is it a potent form of ‘BEING’ with the Divine, but also a powerful form of  ‘Conscious Action’.

The Relationship between Prayer and Intention

Intention offered from a place of Presence and Divine connection becomes a prayer. When offered from this space, intention becomes what I call ‘Conscious Intention’ or ‘Prayerful Intention’.

Conscious Intention is prayer, words or actions that hold a vibrational frequency. It is a call to the universe, to the greater SELF within each of us, saying “This is the reality I choose to create now”. Conscious Intentions are a powerful part of creating & manifesting the life that you love. Beginning your intentions with the words ‘I AM…’ or ‘I Intend…’ can assist in the power & clarity of your intentions.

Our world is beginning to wake up! Many of us are now remembering that we are creators of our reality and co-creators of our world. With this remembering we open a doorway to understand and live what being a ‘Creator’ really means. Our thoughts, actions, words and our Presence all play a vital role in being a ‘Conscious Creator’, as does Conscious Intention and Prayer.

As we each become more Present, more Conscious and more Aware, we become a living breathing prayer into our world.

On the eve of this new dawn, we are also blessed with a Full Moon; a Blue Moon (meaning second full moon in the month). It is a powerful magnifier of the energies & patterns we are surrendering, calling for transformation so that we may embrace the new energies and patterns of  this new cycle and all its potential.

As we move through this doorway I find it powerful & relevant to take some time to contemplate this last year and the lessons, joy’s, challenges and love that has been experienced. What are the gifts of this last year? What Wisdom have I gained? What have been the gifts of this last decade & how have I grown? What ‘tools’ am I taking with me into this new cycle?

I believe GRATITUDE is a powerful tool in these moments. Offering gratitude for both the joys and successes and also gratitude for the challenging moments, those that come with deeper and sometimes hidden gifts and lessons.

I think it is important to stop and ‘Congratulate’ the self for all the ‘successes’. Success being as simple as every time you chose Love over Fear, every time you saw yourself in reaction & chose to respond differently, ever time you took a moment to look honestly at yourself, release your blame of others and see how ‘ I ‘ can change & make a difference. In the moments when you shared your gifts of Love & Peace with your family, friends & Community. In the challenging moments when you had the courage to keep going and look for the gifts & lessons. In the moments when you needed assistance and you asked for help, in the moments when others needed help and you offered this. In the moments when you followed your inner guidance, rather than what ‘others’ told you was right, in each moment when you questioned how to live more consciously, peacefully, sustainably…and in each moment when you silently turned within and opened to the Divinity YOU ARE!

So many successful moments… so much to be honored & given Gratitude for…

From my Heart to yours ~ THANK YOU ~ Thank you for your Courage and your YES to be here at this time on the planet and be awakening within yourself  & your daily life. Thank you for all you do & BE to assist LOVE, PEACE, ONENESS to be realized within our world.

New Year, New Decade, New Beginning!
As we honor all that has gone before we make space to begin a new; a new cycle; a New Year; a new decade. We face a blank canvas, waiting for us to paint on it our dreams, prayers & intentions.

Whatever your spiritual or religious background is, however you choose to celebrate or honor this time, I pray that it is filled with LOVE, JOY, PEACE and many magical moments with those you love.

Christmas for me holds a special significance, it reminds me to honor & remember that within me lives the Christ (by that I mean the resonance & presence of ‘Christ Consciousness‘) waiting to be birthed and embodied through me into this sacred world and that this ‘Consciousness’ is alive and present within all of life waiting to be birthed and lived.

It also reminds me of LOVE. That we all come from love and are this LOVE! That within each of us burns the flame of love.  And it reminds me how powerful & tangible the energy of Peace, Joy & Love is when so many people around the world are coming from this space within themselves.

Just imagine what it will be like when more people around our world begin to embody these frequencies on a more consistent basis.

These last 3 years and the passing of some close family members has brought a deeper appreciation for the preciousness of family, good friends & spirit family and the moments when we all get to be together to celebrate and enjoy the gift of our love & connection. Even if we can not be directly with our family or friends, we can still take a moment to tune into our hearts and feel our love & connection with them.

For those who find this time of the year challenging due to a sense of being alone or a loss of a loved one, I send you the prayer ~ “May you know how deeply loved you are, May you feel this love within and around you and May you honor this time in a way that opens the doorway to allow in Joy, Love, Healing & Peace.”

For those who feel stressed about ‘giving gifts’ and perhaps your financial situations. May you know your LOVE is a GIFT!

Finally, remember to BREATHE this holiday time. Breathe and find your center amidst all the celebrations, travels, meals, connections. Breathe and remember the LOVE YOU ARE and then share this love with all those around you and may this love then ripple out to transform our world!

I believe the greatest gift I can give is to realize the Love I AM and share this Love with others and hope that in turn my Presence & offerings assist them to realize the LOVE they ARE!

SOLSTICE

Today we honor solstice, winter solstice for those of us in the Northern hemisphere & Summer solstice for those in the Southern hemisphere.

As I contemplate my relationship with the solstice and how it marks the shortest day of the year; the day of most night in the Northern hemisphere and the longest day of the year and the day of most light in the Southern hemisphere. It reminds me of the Yin Yang symbol and the wisdom this holds around balance as a key to our awakening & evolution.

It seems as if solstice & its role has often been overshadowed by the energy, celebrations & focus on Christmas and its significance in our lives forgotten. It feels like much of our ‘western’ culture has forgotten our essential roots & connection to these ‘natural’ cycles that inform our lives and the home we call Earth.

I believe these connections; our relationship to the Earth, the Elements, the creatures of this planet, the Sun & Moon and celestial bodies is a key to not only our personal awakening, but also to humanities awakening on a global scale. This awakening is needed to assist the Human experience to go from separation, destruction & conflict to Sustainability, Unity, Peace, Conscious Creation & being centered on the greater ‘SELF’ that is One & connected with all of Life & the Universe.

The first peoples of this earth understood the symbiotic relationship that occurs between Human, the Earth and the Sun; these essential relationships that support all of life on our planet.

Our relationship to the Earth, to the Sun and thus their cycles is similar to our relationship to our physical body and its cycles. The more we care for our bodies, tune into what supports their highest health and nurture our bodies the clearer we become in our lives, in our relationships and in our creations. Just imagine as we move into harmony once again with the Earth, the Sun & Moon and their cycles, the clarity that it will offer us both on a physical level and also on a spiritual level.

So solstice is a power moment in the cycle of our Earth as its relationship to the Sun; both which support our very existence. What a power moment to stop, be still, and tune into the Great Mother Earth and the Sun, to open and deepen our personal relationship with these two ‘Mothers’; these ‘life giving beings’ and offer our humble gratitude for the gift it is to be alive on this precious Earth.

What does the Solstice mean to you?

2012, Releasing fear & opening to the Truth ~ birth of a New Paradigm

Today marks 3 years until the prophesied Dec 21st, 2012. There seems to be much misunderstanding around the significance of this date & what it is heralding.

In my understanding December 21st, 2012 is not a day of apocalypse, a ‘dooms day’ as so much in the media is portraying, but a date of possibility, potential & profound change. I think it is very important that we understanding the significance of this date and thus as ‘creators of our reality’, we release the visions of ‘doom, destruction, fear & panic’ and embrace the potential this date marks for the ushering of a ‘New Age’ of Peace, Unity, Sustainability, Oneness and awakening of Humanity on a global scale. This date marking the completion of a cycle and the beginning of a new cycle and the unknown potential & possibilities that await us in this new cycle.

This date marks the completion of both a ‘Season of the Sun’ and a ‘Year of the Sun’. A season of the sun is 26,000 Earth years and a year of the sun is 104,000 Earth years. So it is like us moving from one season into a new season and at the same time we are completion of a Year of the Sun, so its New Years eve for the Sun, with us at the dawn of a whole new year of the Sun, a new 104,000 year cycle.

We are completing these two powerful cycles that effect the Sun and birthing into two new cycles for the Sun and as we know the Sun informs the Earth with its light, heat & energy & thus affects all of Life on this planet. So it makes sense to understand that this change to the Sun will also affect the Earth, and thus all of life on our planet….meaning US!

In my understanding the Mayan peoples understood/understand the power of time, cycles, the Earth, Sun and these relationships and they prophesied this change on the date of December 21st, 2012. ONE of their calendars, completes on this date (this calendar was designed to keep time with a certain cycle). They have other calendars/timing cycles that go beyond this date. This is where there is some misunderstanding, people interpreting that because one of their calendars end and record this date as a pivotal moment that catastrophe must be going to happen. This is where fear has been created and for some reason the belief that the world is going to end. It seems one of Humanities great lessons is to go beyond the drama and reaction, to uncover, realize and live what is TRUTH.

What I believe has been misunderstood is the significance of the ending of this current cycle in the Earths story and also in the Human ‘play of drama & separation’ story, and the BEGINNING of a NEW STORY, a NEW PARADIGM, a New cycle for not only the Sun, but the Earth & all of life on the Earth!

There is much more to share in regards to this; how the Sun is shifting in its frequency and thus informing the Earth & all of life with this new frequency and thus influencing the powerful time of transition, change & evolution that is occurring within our world.

For now I think the most important thing is to release the FEAR and take conscious steps to embrace the resonance & reality of Love, Peace, Sustainability, Unity, Honoring all Life & Connection to the Source within, that connects us to all of life & the Universe.

This is why so many are going through such challenging times, because that which no longer serves these new frequency’s, those patterns, beliefs, choices & actions within ourselves and our world are coming up to been seen, so they can be allowed, healed and a new pathway chosen.

Our personal evolution requires our conscious choice and actions. The evolution of Humanity is also requires conscious choices and conscious actions.

Our precious Earth is calling to us to remember our harmonic place with her, that we are one & part of eachother.

Today marks a powerful day, a day to remember our innate connection with our relationship to the living breathing planet all around us, to the Sun & celestial bodies and to this profound time of prophecy we are living right now!

Our Light; our Consciousness is needed. Our Love & Peace are needed. You are needed, I am needed, we are needed to live as consciously as we can and assist in using in this NEW AGE for ourselves, Humanity and our Earth.

My purpose for this post is to offer light & things to contemplate as I feel our ‘conscious awareness & actions’ and very needed right now…all of US!

For we are now many in number that understand & those of us striving, dedicated to live the New Paradigm daily.

During this time may we each remember how much we are loved, that we have a unseen team of lightworkers with us at all times supporting & guiding us and that we are not alone. We love our planet & she loves us and we are the ones we have been waiting for, we are the people of prophecy, we are the new peoples of Peace & the Awakening.
